JUMP CLUB

We held four sessions of Jump Club through Easter. Levels Three and Four were held on April 19th. Seven came to the first session and Charni Bastable and Ryah Westwood show particular flair going round a good track on Harley and Walter. Hannah Berry had to struggle a bit with an unco-operative Mojo but she kept her cool and jumped an excellent final round. Paul took the second group who were older and more experienced. Helen Major did well to cope with Felix who is a big, strong horse to ride around a course. Of the others - Lauren Dyson had a few steering problems but sorted them out, Clare Browning did very well on Ivor, Ruby Jaremko coped well with a green Toby and Catherine Sidaway gave Herbert , also strong round a course an excellent ride.

Those taking part were Melissa Bowen, Charni Bastable, Katie Schmidt, Hannah Berry, Rachel Simpson, Philippa Cusack, Ryah Westwood. Group Two - Lauren Dyson, Helen Major, Ruby Jaremko, Catherine Sidaway, Clare Browning.

The more novice riders had their Jump Club the next evening. Many of these riders had never done a course before so it was mainly about steering and remembering where to go next!! We really shook up the second group especially the three riders with their own ponies. It worked!! They ended up jumping a nice track with all the infills in.

Those taking part were Katrina Mcarthy, Heather Baker-Klus, Gracen Hill, Emily Paul, Isla Gow, Jessica Herman, Angela Jones. Group Two - Rachel Maltby, Jessica Mason, Lucy Biggerstaff, Polly Natynczuk, Alex Haffner, Ella Potterton, Lizzie Prosser.
